If you need to contact support you should visit the support site. This site will help you to answer your questions, report bugs and make suggestions. If the self help support does not answer your questions, you can open support tickets to get the help you need.
To access the support site from Click Tracker Plus, click on “Support” in the “Help” sub menu. This will bring you to a page that provides you with a link to access the support site.
Before visiting the support site or opening any support tickets, make sure you know the version of Click Tracker Plus you are using.
You can find the version you are using by accessing the “About” page.
