Listing Links in a Click Rotator

To list all the active and paused links currently in a rotator, follow these steps.

Click on “Click Rotators” in the navigation menu This will bring you to click rotator management area.

Scroll down the page to the section labeled “Active Click Rotators.”

You can use the search box to locate a specific click rotator or group of click rotators. You can also sort on each column by clicking on the header cell of the column. You can reverse the order by clicking on the header cell a second time.

Once you have located the desired click rotator, click on the link in the column named “URLs” for that click rotator. This will bring you to the manage links area for the click rotator.

Now scroll down the page to the “Active Rotator Links” section. You will see the active and paused links in the rotator listed in table format.

The table containing the list of the click rotators links has the following columns.

Check Box Column:
This column is used to select multiple click rotator links to perform specific tasks on each of the selected. For example, mass pausing links, mass archiving links, mass resetting links and mass deleting links.

Description:
This column contains the description of each of the links. Clicking on the description brings you to the edit click rotator link page.

TC:
This column displays the total clicks that have been sent to the link.

UC:
This column displays the number of unique clicks sent / total clicks to send / the remaining clicks to be sent to the link.

Today:
This column displays the total clicks sent to the link today and the daily click limit. If the daily click limit is 0, then the daily limit is not active for this link and no limit has been set.

T1:
This column displays the total number of unique T1 clicks that have been sent to the link.

MC:
This column displays the total number of unique mobile clicks that have been sent to the link.

Start:
If you set a specific date and time for clicks to start being sent to the link, that date and time will be displayed in this column. If no date was specified, N/A (not applicable) will be displayed in this column for the link.

End:
If you set a specific date and time for clicks to stop being sent to the link, that date and time will be displayed in this column. If no date was specified, N/A (not applicable) will be displayed in this column for the link.

Status:
This column displays the links current statue. Here are the possible statuses that will be displayed.

Active – Link is currently active and will be sent clicks.

Paused – Link is currently paused and will not be sent any clicks.

POS:
This column show the current series position of the link in the rotator. Please note that archived links still retain their position order. For this reason you may see gaps in the number sequence you are seeing. This is normal.

Move:
Use the following buttons located in this column to change the links position in the rotator.

T:
Moves the link to the top of the list.

U:
Moves the link up one position in the list.

D:
Moves the link down one position in the list.

B:
Moves the link to the bottom of the list.

P:
Clicking this button opens a dialog box that let’s you select the position you would like to move the link to. Select the position using the dropdown and then click on Move Link. The page will refresh with the link in the new position.

Hamburger Menu:
Clicking the hamburger menu in the far right of the row will display a menu for the click rotator link. Here are the possible menu items that will be displayed.

Copy Client Stats Link to Clipboard – Clicking this menu link will copy the URL of the clients stats page to your computers clipboard. If you did not enter a client stats password for this link, this menu option will not be displayed.

Visit Client Stats Link – Clicking this menu link will take you to the links client stats page. If you did not enter a client stats password for this link, this menu option will not be displayed.

Archive Link – Clicking this menu link will archive the link and move it to the archived links list. No clicks will be sent to this link while it is archived.

Reset Link – Clicking this menu link will reset the link. This would be the same as deleting the link and adding it as a new link.

Delete Link – Clicking this menu link will delete the link and all of it’s stats.

Clone Link – Clicking this menu link will copy all of the links settings to a new rotator link. The new rotator link will have the same description except that the status of the new cloned link will be set to paused. When you edit the rotator link clone, you can change the description.

Create Export File – Clicking this menu link will create an export file of the click rotator links data and stats. It can then be downloaded by clicking the “Download” button at the top of the page.
